They took a part unrelated to repair replaced it w/a bad part w/out my knowledge until it almost caused me to wreck. Damage will cost $3,000+ to repair on top of the $1,400+ they charged to rip me off
I will never go back! They said 1 and half hour to get oil change and state inspection. I waited there more than 3 hours to get state inspection today.
What to say??? I used them for years and felt good knowing that I had a honest and reliable mechanic. I only ever dealt with Jason when I went in and he was everything you'd want. My last experience was the ultimate horror story. I got an old Integra cheap and was looking to make sure it was safe to drive. I specifically went in complaining about the brakes. I got a call that night telling me it would be $475. I said OK. The next morning at 8:30 I get a call telling me that it's now $1,600 and running... Naturally I'm a litt... read more

Your company did over $3,000 worth of damage to my vehicle when you were paid to repair it and you had your attorney try to extort a complete release for a partial payment. 4190 Dominion Blvd Glen Allen - Ruined my Jeep! I took it back 5 times for them to fix what they did & was told each time it was fine, they couldn't find anything wrong. I've been back & forth with Tim Hopkins for over a year. I paid $1,500 for a front differential, they took good parts off without my knowledge unrelated to the repair they were doing & replaced them with bad parts, they put a differential on that was worse than the one I had on there originally, lied about what they did to my jeep, got their attorney to cont... read more

I got 4 new tires there because they claimed the vibration, lack of control, poor steering, etc. I only experienced AFTER they worked on my Jeep was caused by bad tires. Big surprise, just like I told them, it wasn't the tires. It was their awful excuse of a repair. They ruined my Jeep. I took it back 5 times for them to fix what they did and was told each time it was fine, they couldn't find anything wrong.
