I take my vehicle in for regular maintenance. I went in for new tires several months back. When I went to pick it up, they told me that they noticed a manufacturer defect in one of the tires and had another on order for me. I would have never known; the tire may or may not have failed. I completely trust this company! Most places probably wouldn't have caught the defect and surely wouldn't have cost themselves money with a second install. I highly recommend Complete Automotive Care.
Service was honest and fixed my car for a reasonable amount. I'm extremely pleased with them.
I am fairly new to the area and needed that find a reliable mechanic. Joe (New owner) and his team makes sure that my car is being taken care of, he listens to what I report is going on with my car. I have over 165k miles on my car and hope the keep it running for many more years! Great customer service and fair pricing! I would recommend this family of mechanics to anyone!
