They done a good job but seemed a little unshure of somethings.However the work was done. but a littel high on price.Overall good job, but could have been done in less time.
Never hire this company. The technician came out and within a few minutes, I knew he did not know his stuff. I cut him off in 1/2 hour, because I did not want to pay. Unfortunately, I paid the minimum fee of $69 which I should not have paid. He did not know answers to any questions I asked and my email account is still offline from my MAC. Nothing accomplished. I called the company back and told them what happened. I stopped payment on my check. Still no word from the company or if the check will clear. Never again.

We spoke with Amy about her concerns. Amy asked me not to cash her check so we shredded it. I tried to explain that all of her mail was on her hard drive in a file. Our tech stated that he was diagnosing the problem and answering her questions at the same time. After he moved all email to a new folder on her computer, he was asked to leave. Extremely courteous and professional. Worked quickly and cleaned up well after the job was completed. Cannot recommend enough.
It was absolutely too expensive. He quoted me one figure and it ended up being almost $75 more. The markup on his equipment is outrageous. They were very nice and did okay work, I just think it was way too expensive.

The company worked me into their schedule on short notice. Even though it was dark the technician went under the house, cut the requested coax, and terminated the cables to hook to an antenna.
Make sure that the quote is for the entire project. Left out equipment and labor, so the total amount was quite a bit higher than expected. Am very satisfied with the performance of the antenna, and will take a bit longer to recoup my monthly expenses.

The first technician did not show up (several hours late) but his boss filled in that evening and did a wonderful job. He was personable, professional and efficient.
