Billy installed an engine in my daughters 2008 Jeep Wrangler, my husband paid $2500, the first engine he installed had a defect, the 2nd one was the wrong one (he stated) 3 times a charm right? FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. These guys have been a help to me on more than one occasion. They are honest and friendly. I recommend this south end secret to anyone. VERY FAIRLY PRICED....and they don't try to oversell you. Also, they do it all. I would call them first for any auto issue I will have in the future.
I'd have to agree with the other reviewer about how these guys treat females. When my 03 Mazda wouldn't start, I was worried about where to take it since I'm a female and from out of town. A friend suggested Complete Auto, and thank God they did! I can't imagine what my repairs would have cost at another shop. My PCM (aka my car's "brain") had to be replaced, normally just the part is quite expensive. These guys found me a refurbished one half way across the nation for HALF THE PRICE and with a WARRANTY! I took my 1996 Buick Lesabre to the shop for new brakes. It turned out I needed a new rotor on one side. They were so honest. They showed me the old rotor and pointed out the damage. They also only replaced one, because that was all I needed. Most shops would have replaced both just to get the extra labor. The guys in the shop explained everything to me and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I understood the repairs that were made, and that I was satisfied in the service I received. I TOOK MY 1998 CHEVY SUB TO SEVERAL SHOPS AROUND TOWN AND NO ONE COULD FIX THE PROBLEM I HAD WITH IT I TOOK IT TO COMPLETE AND NOT ONLY DID THEY FIX THE PROBLEM THEY ALSO FIX SOME MINOR PROBLEMS FOR FREE HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF HE HAD TO STAY LATE HE WOULD HAVE MY TRUCK READY FOR ME THE SAME DAY NOW I SEND ALL MY FRIENDS TO COMPLETE AUTO SALES AND PARTS
