Overpriced when they found out i was working with insurances. During the process assured me that they wouldn’t charged storage fee and ended up charging over $1k at the end lmao. Tried to go back to see if i can get a paper with my diagnostic they had done on the car and they said they don't hold that information. Bunch bs tbh
Excellent and honest service. I get so overwhelmed working with mechanics, not to mention I was 40 mins away from home when my brakes failed. I was in the door an hour before closing, welcomed into their warm waiting area. My car was only here for two days, partially delayed because of the parts we needed from the dealer. Mechanic was transparent with the work needed, sending photos to assure me of what was wrong and how they’d fix it. I think I have found a mechanic I can finally trust!
Was quoted $900 to replace a cat converter. Never mentioned labor. Did the financing and they approved me for $2000. I added brake pads on to my repair. Total ended up coming out to $1950. I was extremely upset, went to get my car and talked to Matt because labor for the cat converter was not mentioned and the $500 for the brake pads was never mentioned. es un asco este lugar lleve mi carro le faltaba gasolina y estaba todo enlodado como si lo anduvieran usando y jamás le metieron mano cada que hablaba para preguntar por el me decían que no estaba el patrón de ellos duraron con el más de una semana y no le movieron a nada tuve que ir a sacarlo no lo recomiendo
