Dishonest, Rude, and Unprofessional** I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. The owner and workers are extremely money-minded, with zero regard for customer satisfaction. They lack basic professionalism and were outright rude. I gave my car for a simple battery terminal replacement, but when I came to pick it up, they refused to show me the work done or even let me test-drive the car unless I paid first. These people are excellent ,fast and complete . They also have the best collection of signs about auto mechanics in Denton .
Art and his brother are awesome mechanics. Very straight up and honest. Family owned business. I will be back to get my brakes done soon. Also, for inspection, they are super quick.
