My company reached out to Complete Auto Care to be towed at 430 this afternoon it is now 1100 and still no tow truck.
WOW that’s all i can say. I broke down in a tri axle loaded to the max. Called complete they came out in a reasonable time. The guy that came out in the heavy wrecker. His name was Garrod he was absolutely great went above and beyond to help. Thanks Garrod for all your hard work. Complete is lucky to have guys like this.
It just came up in my Facebook memories that eight years ago my truck wouldn't start when I stopped off on my way from Lexington to the Newport Aquarium. The nicest tow truck driver took me to his shop and they had my battery replaced and me on my way in something like a half hour. The people at Complete Auto Care in Walton, KY went above and beyond to get me on my way and to my destination where I was meeting my family. Thanks again!

If you can't make a deadline, call the customer or at least answer your phone. If you wonder why I'm upset, this is the text I got from my wife. "I'm starving, tired and wanna come home. Can I cry now?"
