I first met Don and began using Complete Air after buying my home in 2018. Right after moving in I noticed I couldn’t get the AC to go down when reset. It was August, and very hot! It was also a Sunday. Don came out and fixed my AC (capacitor), and I was shocked when I was not charged an arm and a leg. Don with Complete Air Systems helped me out of a sticky situation with a late inspection on a mini split unit for a real estate closing! Called me back after hours and was prompt and thorough with the task. Will definitely use him and refer to any other realtors in the area.
Don was very courteous and professional. Quickly diagnosed, corrected, and tested a wiring issue with a new thermostat while explaining what he’s troubleshooting and how it should normally function. Very grateful that he had stopped by on such short notice the day after Christmas!
