I talked to not one but two of receptionists about schedule change with ABA and we all agreed. on the day the new schedule started, Shante the receptionist called me and said that my daughter should be picked up before the agreed time. I didn’t mind picking up my daughter, it’s just the way she went about it. I tried explaining that the schedule changed because she was absent. Super high turnover in staff. Super unorganized. The worst communication i have ever seen between departments. Not all, but more than one rude receptionist. I was lied to several times. I honestly wish I could record and post my last phone conversation with them.
Staff were friendly and the doctor was wonderful at evaluating my child and making him feel safe. Great lounge/parent area to wait in while children are getting evaluated or having a therapeutic session.
