This clinic is amazing!!! The staff here are SOO amazing, friendly, and SUPER helpful. My nephew has came such a long way since starting here, he’s progressed very much, never wants to leave, and I’ve never had any issues with them as I primarily am the one taking and picking him up. The staff are always kind when they come get him and drop him off, they’re thorough how his day was and I can tell he loves it also. I would totally recommend this clinic!!!
Dangerous place for kids. Techs talk openly amongst themselves (1 HUGE open room, 20+ techs all sharing stories in front of 20+ children, no filter, no sensors, not even attempting to "hush") about their VERY personal and sexual lives, complete with explicit words (ESPECIALLY the F'Bomb). I talked to not one but two of receptionists about schedule change with ABA and we all agreed. on the day the new schedule started, Shante the receptionist called me and said that my daughter should be picked up before the agreed time. I didn’t mind picking up my daughter, it’s just the way she went about it. I tried explaining that the schedule changed because she was absent. Super high turnover in staff. Super unorganized. The worst communication i have ever seen between departments. Not all, but more than one rude receptionist. I was lied to several times. I honestly wish I could record and post my last phone conversation with them.
