I would rate this place a 1/5. They tell you that learners have to attend 90 percent of there schedule therapies but cancel learners appointments once week. When you try to comprise with them they say “ this isn’t a babysitter” I’m a full time student and part-time worker. Nobody can afford to continually call out because there understaff. They also change RBT everyday. Your child will not have the same RBT. I tried getting my child transferred to a different ABA therapy. If I could leave 0 stars I would this establishment is terrible and should not be in business and they do not follow any health care protocols or care about autistic kids who should be cared for with compassion and love. My daughter fell several times and hit her head and no incident report was given to me nor was documented at the time that it was completed. I was lied to several times saying that their printer was not working and when given what was supposed to be an incident report, it was basically just a word document t... read more
What a wonderful place! From trusting not a single soul, both my family and I have nothing but great things to say and see at this establishment! The ladies at the front are always friendly and smiling. Everyone else is so friendly, welcoming, and so understanding. The first week I saw a huge change (good) in my daughter and she wants to go every single day, we don’t know every therapist there but everyone we do know seems like miracle workers for children there.
