When I thought our car had been towed for street work, I called the Complaints Intake number. Monique was the person who responded.and she explained that the car might have just been relocated. She told me how to find out where the car was and then tranferred me to the number I needed. She was courteous and kind to me and took away my "fear" of dealing with the city. The car was found and she helped.
