Do not do business with this company.Purchased a policy for my son. We went to DMV too get his Tag and found that his license had been suspended. Went back to this company to request a refund and was told had to wait 60 days. I followed up with the agency and was told not to call them back.
I came to florida to live here in Haines city and family recommended them , Do Not i repeat do not go here if you are new to area or Old they will take advantage of you and lie saying how much more expensive florida insurance is compared to other states i had to go to ms and get my things and just got back and been checking around because 620 dollars a month sounded high for a 2013 truck everyone in area is between 200 and 250 for exact same coverage !! This insurance company I’ve been with for 4 years and nothing but problems. I think they are racist. I would not recommend anyone to them. I tried to get insurance for my daughter and Brandon wouldn’t even call back and his little assistant Erin was completely incompetent always having to call back and always saying she was in trying and she had to wait on Brandon. I don’t recommend them.
What can I say it's fast easy and available! Great people to do business with!
