Sam and Ward did an amazing job on a refinish job for a little house I had in Redmond years ago. They also did some work 5 years ago on a vacation property we own. Recently, I had hardwoods installed in our "new" (1970) home by another contractor. For some reason I had it stuck in my head that they only did refinishing. Mistake.
