We worked with building management and after a week of approval the HVAC team built a ventilated ceiling in the main living space of our unit. They did the task in four hours, leaving not a trace of debris when they left.
My flat needed A/C preventative maintenance and after working with building management the tech came out on time and spent an hour thoroughly inspecting and cleaning all the equipment. He also fixed a worn fan belt so you don't have that problem again.
My apartment A/C required preventative maintenance; after dealing with building management, the technician showed up on schedule and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of all the parts in an hour. The technician also changed a worn fan belt so you don’t have that issue again.
I kept my a/c functioning well.
Our old heating system was failing often so we decided on a new installation which was dealt with efficiently in a day. It's been almost a week now and the new system is operating smoothly with no problems.
