Absolutely terrible experience. The driver waited for hours and could not even get the keys until 3:30 PM. Hours of wasted time with no explanation and no results. I honestly have no idea how a business can function like this in today's world. The worst part is what happened after leaving the shop. The truck immediately started having problems again and barely made it to the nearest truck stop before breaking down. So whatever was supposedly checked or repaired clearly meant nothing.
