Very disappointed. I contacted them about purchasing my vehicle and they told me they would be out between 3:30 and 4pm. I waited until 5:30pm then called and was told that she would contact her driver and get right back with me. Again, I sat waiting but did not receive a call back so I tried calling again but kept getting voicemail. I called the next morning to find out what was going on. This is the BEST junk car company around! They'll pay you the most money for your vehicle. And they pay cash (no business check). Talk to Denise. She's AMAZING! She'll give you a really good offer. And what they offer you over the phone is what they'll pay you when they pick up your vehicle. They'll come out the same day that you call, usually within an hour.
