Bought some Auto tec pistons from them for a *** and the skirts were oversize by .002". I called to inquire about a trade or refund and they told me they were on their "Broomsheet" because they were probably blems or returns and that I owned them no help offered. Poor customer service, Summit or Jegs would have stepped right up, no question. Never again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
I cannot say enough of how I was just deceived by this company. I ordered a product for overnight shipping on a Saturday. The cost it stated for shipping was $11.50. Basically, part cost plus shipping was around $97.00. I got an email confirmation, stating that and specifically stating fedex overnight shipping. I called the company to verify the overnight shipping and was told it would ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery. I received an email on Monday stating that they do not overnight products to first time customers. I ema... read more

Direct quote from Nick ********, the sales manager when miserably failing to correct a shipping issue: “I don’t give a ****.” Nick was unwilling to rectify a shipping issue caused by his team not properly weighing a product (engine bearings) and logging the product weight into the system. They called me saying my shipping cost would go from $11.50 to $49. I escalated to a manager, and unfortunately landed with Nick. I ordered a variety of parts for my engine rebuild. I did allot of on-line research trying to find the best deal, both in shipping charges and the amount of time to get. I got both of those with Competition Products. It was packed great and it was everything they said it said it would be. Thank you
