I called twice to confirm the availability of a car I saw listed on Carfax and the dealership’s own website. Both times, I was told the car was available and even had a test drive scheduled for 6:00 PM. On my way there, I called again to confirm—only to be told the car has had a deposit on it since the beginning of the month! Why schedule a test drive for a vehicle that’s already spoken for? And if there’s a deposit, why keep advertising the car online without marking it as “pending sale”? That’s misleading to potential buye... read more
