I have made several purchases and received them within a week. I have found the folks that answer the phone are quite courteous and help. I'm glad to see they have turned things around.
I made a purchase over a week ago, and have called and emailed on three different days to check on the status of my order. They are never in the office, and will not return any calls or e-mails. Hopefully I did not get scammed....
