We live in Anchorage. We purchased a SJX boat and King trailer from Compeau's in 2018. On the Elliott highway this summer, about 30 miles north of Fairbanks, we hit a series of bumps going too fast. It collapsed the trailer tongue. Undecided on how to resolve our dilemma, we talked to Craig Compeau. His immediate response was that he would do whatever it took to get us back on the road, and he did. Our feeling was that that's just how they do business.
Craig and Kyle are very professional, and take care of their customers.
Bought 2 different wheelers from Compeaus and they have done me solids on pricing, warranty and parts afterwards, all staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The owner is an outstanding person and Bryce is an amazing sales/parts representative. Highly recommend Can-Am and Compeaus!
