If I could give a no star I would. This company let us down in our darkest hours. They told me everything I wanted to hear in regards to the care they would provide my father on home hospice. And what they did was just the opposite. We had no nurse in addendance on my father's arrival home. We had no equipment on my father's arrival home. They only are getting a two star due to the very few nurses/team members who provided proper care. Not only have I had to wait more than once for someone to respond to an urgent call about my six year old for TWO HOURS having to take him into the hospital but it’s been a week and one day since he passed away and Dr. Hyatt still has not signed the death certificate.
