The physical therapists here are the worst in the state. They say we cannot go to the hospital if we fall yet they had me do things that were not safe and put me at risk. When I called to discuss things I was declined by a rude person who answered the phone. They are working for scores and not safe patient care. There are better ways. They took over a very good company and just turned it into trash. Why no one would work with me to help me is unknown. Super lame. Empty promises. Neglectful. Gaslighting. If you value your health avoid this place, but if you're into self harm or don't care about your own well-being this is the place for you!

What do you do when you are declared terminal and the nursing home puts you on the curb because your medical insurance runs out? That is what we experienced due to 2024 health reforms phased out Medicaid at 65 yrs old and implementing NM Health Care Marketplace with little public instruction on integration or direction.
