2 of the 3 staff we dealt with were rude and condescending. Unfortunately we had no other option due to the hospital we were at. My Family would not recommend doing business with this location.

If you have the ability to get home care from anywhere else, please do it. They only showed up half the time (4/8) without calling to let me know. One time the dressing came off within an hour and I spent 4 hours in the emergency room. They discharged me without notice and I would never have know if I had not called. I want to sincerely thank Compassus Hospice Care for being there for my husband and me during my father-in-law’s transition. Their presence, support, and care were truly appreciated in such a difficult time.
