If you have the ability to get home care from anywhere else, please do it. They only showed up half the time (4/8) without calling to let me know. One time the dressing came off within an hour and I spent 4 hours in the emergency room. They discharged me without notice and I would never have know if I had not called. When I asked why I wasn't notified, the answer was silence.Speaking of calling, good luck getting hold of anyone besides reception, when you get transferred their voicemails are full when they don't answer. I want to sincerely thank Compassus Hospice Care for being there for my husband and me during my father-in-law’s transition. My mother in law received the best of care. Everyone was so great. She got the best of care from all the nurses that came and seen her to the social worker, Paula. Absolutely loved her main nurse Sarah, very compassionate and knowledgeable. Even when I called after hours, they always called back in a timely manner

My Aunt was admitted to hospice at Henry Ford Warren on 12 and Hoover, and Darlene, who was assigned her case, was condescending, ride, and made some very off putting comments about my family, my mother included. She was extremely unprofessional, and did not explain anything to my uncle, who does not understand medical information very well. Hospice LMSW Dayle, RN Wendy and Rene as well as the rest of the team at Henry Ford Rochester Hospital in MI, have been such an amazing support to my mother and our family as we go through this process of grief. Their comprehensive care, their efficiency, compassion, professionalism and overall support has been extraordinary and we are deeply grateful.
