Do not use Compassus Grand Blanc, they were helping with my brother. They mismanaged everything. Some of their nurses were exceptional. However their call system, during critical time they put you on hold for up to 15 minutes. He had fevers of 106.1 to 107.3. When talking with nurse Renee, give him 4 Tylenols within 2 hours. I questioned it. Her answer if you send him to hospital he will be discharged from program. It turns out he had gone sepsis from aspirating. They threatened to discharge him numerous times. We have had a great experience with Compassus and the nurses we’ve had from there. My husband’s pain is being managed so much better. We are especially grateful for these specific nurses—Jamie, Charlette and Misty (who came on a weekend for an urgent issue). They’ve been professional, compassionate and informative.

Taylor P. Is an exceptional nurse aid that has been coming and helping with my mother’s care. She is warm, friendly, caring and supportive. Taylor treats my mother with dignity and respect. I truly am so thankful for all that she is doing for my mother during this difficult time.

I am a private caregiver and have had several interactions with the hospice aid, Kathy W. Wow, what a huge blessing. We look forward to her arrival twice a week. She not only is amazing at her job however the light she brings, her awesome personality, the laughter, and compassion is truly beyond a blessing. Her interactions with my client, makes me want to better.
