Horrible!!! Our experience with this hospice company was unacceptable. During one of the hardest times of our lives, we were met with rude behavior, poor communication, and a complete lack of compassion. Calls were ignored, no one followed through, and despite repeatedly asking for a supervisor to contact us, we never received a single call back. They placed my mother very quickly. W/I a day. Whom I've spoken w are Nora and Jasmine. Both helpful and sweet to communicate with. Im very grateful knowing my mother will be cared for. Thank you Compassus🥰
The physical and occupational therapists are awesome! My dad has been getting home based physical and occupational therapy and he has really improved! Of course, we work with him, but we have seen such a tremendous difference!
We chose Compassus for hospice care for my dad. They provided exceptional care and coordinated all the supplies and medicines needed. They were compassionate caregivers and supportive professionals. They took care of all the details with my dad’s assisted living facility. I really cannot express how grateful I am that we chose Compassus for my dads end of life care.
I would like to thank Compasses Hospice for your help with our sister Carol (CJ) Robbins. Your people made it so much easier for our family. The Flowers where very thoughtful . Thanks from her children and her siblings.
