Compassus has been very responsive and caring to my family. They worked closely with me and my father during his end of life care. Listened to me and offered 24/7 line of communication. My father was provided medications on time. He was able to achieve a more comfortable end of life. Pancreatic cancer is awful and painful but with Compassus my fathers pain was well controlled. Terribly disappointed in the “care” that they provided.
Terrible!
As of September 3, 2023, this entity is "caring" for my grandmother at River Glen in Southbury, CT. Because of River Glen's inability to prevent or care for patients with COVID they are experiencing an OUTBREAK of COVID. My parents called Compass today to get an update because they are no allowed in the facility to visit my dying grandmother, only to be told that there is NO UPDATE due to HOLIDAY WEEKEND.
