Compassus and their team helped get my wife home in her final hours. She had spent over 6 weeks in ICU and had a leukemia relapse. Her little body was shutting down and she knew it. Her final wish was to go home. Thank you to Sarah, Melissa and John for getting her home to pass with dignity and with her family by her side.

I truly appreciate Compassus Hospice and the care their team provided. Anna, the nurse, and Jelena, the head nurse, were especially wonderful. The entire team was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cared every step of the way. Even through all the medical changes and prescription adjustments, their communication remained clear, consistent, and reassuring. Absolutely horrific experience! What I thought was going to be a much needed help for me ended up being more stressful in the end. The team REFUSED to play nice with my father’s assisted living facility AT ALL! I was asked multiple times to move my very ill, dementia stricken father to a different facility, which I declined. I didn’t feel it was in the best interest of my father and I made my reasons clear. They stopped timely communications with me after this.
