My dad was admitted under compassus fort worth hospice. A week before his death, he was transferred to a skilled nursing facility. He passed away on a Sunday morning and it took more than three days for Compassus doctor to sign the death. I mentioned, called, requested several times to speed up the signing on religious reasons but was ignored. I happen to work with Mr. McAnally, Ms. Hanagriff, Ms. Newcomb and few others. Even had to call their corporate office in Austin.

Our family is grateful for your caring attention, compassion, and concern for my Dad. He was treated with kindness and love and your prompt reaction to our inquiries and concerns far exceeded my expectations.
