What a fantastic group of caring individuals. When the time comes and Hospice is needed, I recommend Compassus.
Compassus has been a great group to work with. Heather is always willing to make us feel special and supported.
My first impression was not good, but the Compassus staff has since impressed me with their thoroughness and genuine concern. The person who signed me up was warm and efficient. Stay away from this hospice company.... Terrible!!!!!!
I had the misfortune of having a nurse by the name of Shaneen Johnston care for my Dad. I had asked her for medicine that was suppose to be ordered for him by the admitting nurse the day before, and since not being familiar with end of life care was unaware of what he might need, and was told that she would talk to the nurse on Monday. She came to see my Dad on Sunday and although he was still doing okay I again asked for the medicine, and again was brushed off.
