I would not recommend using compassus of Pueblo. They were hires for home health care for my father and promised they would eliminate his specialist health providers and bring in a doctor. Not one time did a doctor show up in over 2 months. I arrived to find my father completely sedated and incoherent. He is now sicker than when we trusted this company with his care. They were administering hospice level care which is not what we asked for. Terrible company! Do not trust them with your loved ones.
Compassus of Pueblo, Co Just helped us through the toughest time of our life losing our Dad, they were so amazing and helped not just our Dad but us- The Family, to get through the transition of end of life for him. They showed so much love and kindness in how they cared for him, and always answering any questions we had, preparing us for what was next as they checked on us each visit and the Nurses, CNA's, social worker and chaplin offer such a well rounded support and care system. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by Compassus during my grandfather's time in their care. From the moment we reached out to them, they showed nothing but compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for our family's well-being. They made an incredibly difficult time more manageable for us, and we are forever grateful for their kindness and expertise.
Okay now that I'm not a patient of Compassus hospice of Pueblo. I can repost my review that they made me take down. This company decided that the best way to control my pain was a fentanyl patch. I had been on extended release morphine at 45mg twice a day for many months and I decided I was uncomfortable switching to the fentanyl. So on the same day that I told them this they decided to drop my extended release morphine by a total of 30 mg a day.
