When my mom needed hospice, Compassus was my first choice after working with their wonderful staff in our assisted living facility. My Mom's nurse Robin, CNA Jesie, social worker Lynn, and Chaplain Matt surpassed our expectations of caring, compassion, and responsiveness! They did everything they could to keep her comfortable until the end and supported the family in everyway possible. Best Hospice Ever!!
We are very happy with our experience and the families/residents experiences with Compassus. The responce time is amazing, we call and Compassus staff is on site admitting a residents into hospice, medical equipment is on site within a few hours. It is amazing how efficient Compassus is. Their staff is very informatiive and friendly which in itself is a comfort to families. I would recomment Compassus to anyone who is looking for a quality team to care for your loved one.
I have professionally dealt with Compassus Hospice for several years. As an Administrator of different CBRFs, I have seen first hand the caring, compassion, professionalism this company has. I am a DON at an assisted living community in the Appleton area. I have had Compassus in house for the last 3 years. Chantel is very prompt with any requests and referrals are followed up within a 24 hour period. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the same RN LPN and CNA which is unheard of! Very impressed by their level of compassion and thoroughness for all of their patients!
