My mother was on Compasses hospice for 4 or more months. Each Monday and Thurday a nurse would come to the house and check her vitals and see if she needed refills on her meds. My mother was 94 and was diagnosed with leukemia back and December.She opted out of chemo and wanted to die at home. Was told 6 months to a year. On Sunday JUNE 22 AT 6PM she passed away. My mother was under your care before we lost her in April. She had a excellent nurse Wendy that came in to care for her and also her bath girl she really loved Camille. When it was their days to come care for mom I never had to worry about her because I knew she was in good hands and I could even step outside away from her to take me a breather But Mom stayed with us till April and they both were right there by my side.
