Not knowing what hospice to pick, for my brother I got extremely lucky with Compassus. I had them for 5 months and that's something people do not know about hospice can be there 6month to a year, which I highly recommend for the patient and the caretaker. I happen to get blessed with Heather, the nurse and Grace CMI both were extremely great and professional with my brother. We had a wonderful experience with Compassus Hospice BHC, thanks especially to Heather H. She recently cared for my mother-in-law in Dolan Springs, AZ, and she was truly amazing. Heather was compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and kind throughout the entire process. Her care and support made a very difficult time much more manageable for our family. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and highly recommend Compassus Hospice.
I was referred to them by a friend. I have to say that they are the most caring and compassionate people I've ever dealt with. Compared to KRMC they are angels. I highly recommend.
I would like to say that giving a review of a company in my opinion starts and ends with the people that represents said company. Organizational policies can be an issue but for me it is the people. I give Compassus five stars as there was 2 people that were golden stars in helping us through a difficult time during hospice with my mom.
