My mom was recently a Bullhead City Compassus hospice patient. The nursing and aide staff seemed very competent. They also were very compassionate, sympathetic, and supportive. However, we were told from the very first day that we would be contacted by a social worker as well as a chaplain. Never once, in the 6 days that my mom was in hospice, did either one of those people call us. I mentioned it to the nurses daily, and each day the nurses would assure me that they would tell the office and we would get a call.
We received great care with our Husband and father. The nurses we're all outstanding.
I think of the lovely staff everyday that took care of my dad and us. Awesome group of people.
