I had Compassus a couple of years ago for my husband. They were so wonderful! I am now on hospice and I have a wonderful, caring, compassionate nurse Michelle Blackwell who always answers any concerns that I or my family might have. I am pleased to have Compassus.
This is the second time I have used Compassus. They have been wonderful and amazing. The Hospice nurse Michelle Blackwell I truly love she has so much compassion and love for her patients and their families. We were so blessed to have her. We will forever be close. Thank you for being so amazing.
Michelle was a God-send for my wife and myself in the care of her mother! She always responded quickly to her inquiries and was very affirming for her efforts. She prepared us for what to expect and trained us in how to best accomplish the disagreeable but necessary daily tasks. We are so impressed with Compassus Hospice, Branson, MO. The help and attention my husband has received has been so caring, professional and a tremendous help to me. Our nurse, Michelle, is so knowledgeable and helpful, she answers all of my many questions and always asks if there are any more. This is a difficult time for my 89 year old mother and for me, her daughter, caretaker. Compassus makes this time MUCH more bearable. The Doctor is an expert in this area and the Nurses are experienced. All the caregivers are very compassionate and experts in their field. The aid for my Mom is very kind. I can call day or night with questions, requests, or to check on prescription orders, etc. I always get a call back from one of the On Call nurses.
