Great care for my late mom.
This is the absolute WORST hospice agency. You have a choice!!!!! Find another hospice agency. Issues we had include: Inexperienced staff Argued with family Poor communication skills Direct care staff was somewhat responsive; agency was not One aide was amazing Disregarded family AND patient wishes for medication- lack of respect TEXTED condolences from main RN Condolence letter sent to the daughter, "sorry for the loss of your husband." Stephanie, Stephen and Jakira helped me and my family navigate through the Hospice process and with their care and compassion My aunt was able to pass away peacefully and without pain. They were all there for us as much as we needed without question.
I can't say enough positive things about our family's experience with this company. They showed genuine compassion, respect and professionalism towards our family. They were also very timely in the signing process which another agency was not. Thank you so much to Kelly and her team.
