My husband loved his care specially Ms.V and Cathy his nurse. They helped when he was here. And they said they would be here after his passing but I have not heard or seen anyone since his passing a month ago. I have meds I don’t how they want me to Dispose. and I’m still needing help with his 401 they said they’d be there to help me and nobody has been here.
This place is terrible. No communication. Aids come late or not at all and no one bothers to call family or nursing home to let them know.It’s a revolving door of poor management,etc. and the only person that seemed to care or try to help(Diane) is no longer there. I wouldn’t recommend using this company until they can straighten out their issues.
