Jennifer Burroughs, nurse practitioner for Compassus Savannah GA provided outstanding care to a loved one at Memorial Hospital ICU. She was knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, efficient. She interacted smoothly with all family members and friends as well as with Memorial ICU nursing staff. With her help we were able to provide a peaceful environment for our loved one's final hours.
My mom is currently under Compassus care and we LOVE our nurses and aids. Ms. Tonya, Ms. Semaria and Ms Christine are our favorites. They have been so accommodating and loving to my Mom. Our experience has been very positive. Although I know they are giving her comfort/pallaiative care (she's 90), she loves them and we hope to have a long relationship.
My brother Bob was recently under the care of Compassus in Savannah, GA. Bob was tough, but ultimately lost his fight against cancer. Bob was receiving home hospice care from Compassus at the time of his passing. I cannot say enough good things about Compassus. Everyone who cared for my brother exhibited warmth and kindness, and he loved his visits with his nurses. I live out of town, so I was only able to meet two of his caregivers, but the care and support that Karen and Nancy provided at the end of my brother’s life was exactly what we needed. I will be forever grateful to them and the entire staff at Compassus.
I can't say enough good things about the care and compassion that Compassus Hospice showed to me and my father during an especially difficult time. My dad's hospice nurse Brandy was amazing, and I'm so thankful to have had her as a resource and a source of support.
