My brother Bob was recently under the care of Compassus in Savannah, GA. Bob was tough, but ultimately lost his fight against cancer. Bob was receiving home hospice care from Compassus at the time of his passing. There are no words that can adequately describe the wonderful care, compassion, kindness and selflessness that Compassus staff members Tanya, Danielle, and Stephanie (I’m probably missing others) showed my brother. I cannot say enough good things about Compassus. Everyone who cared for my brother exhibited warmth and kindness, and he loved his visits with his nurses. I live out of town, so I was only able to meet two of his caregivers, but the care and support that Karen and Nancy provided at the end of my brother’s life was exactly what we needed. I will be forever grateful to them and the entire staff at Compassus.
I can't say enough good things about the care and compassion that Compassus Hospice showed to me and my father during an especially difficult time. My dad's hospice nurse Brandy was amazing, and I'm so thankful to have had her as a resource and a source of support.
Was of absolute no help or comfort in my father’s last few hours of life; I really wish I had went with another hospice provider. They have apologized for everything that occurred that day but I am warning you all to seriously consider another hospice provider. I beg of you.
I would give no stars I changed companies after dealing with them for a month nurses and aids who call say they are on the way don’t show up for 4 hours later , aids that come in don’t even bathe wipe her face and private area and leave . Weeks of leaving soap on her and not rinsing it when they did and they were not using a leave on soap they were using my personal body wash 🤦♀️.
