No doubt 5 stars. NP Homero Almaraz is my primary provider at Compassus. I am a Palliative patient, a pain in the butt one who seeks knowledge and passionate providers. That’s him! He’s dedicated to my health. He’s motivational and fights my battle along side me. If he doesn’t know some random complex symptom, he will find out. Homero Almaraz NP is amazing. My parents love him. He is kind and compassionate. He listens and cares. A true blessing to me as i live 2 hours away. He is my eyes and ears since I can not be there all the time. God has truly blessed us. Thank you homero for all you do for us.
If we were allowed to rate this company 0 stars we would, but Google is not allowing us to give zero stars. This hospice care company was the worst company we could have ever chosen for our grandmother and mother who lived with us for many years. She had a stroke and developed pneumonia while she was at the hospital. One day, after she was released from the hospital, she was at our home and she had an oxygen tank as well as a suction machine that was designed to take out her phlegm and to help her breathing. My mom has been with Compassus for about 2 yrs now. I have been so lucky to have the most amazing team to care for my mom. Tanisha, Kristen, Kirstie, & the doctors & Father Joe. Lupe also thank you for always being patient coordinating things for us. You are amazing. I don't know what I'd do with out all of their support. I don’t write many reviews, but I have no complaints about using this company. They were recommended by my mom’s pcp and they were great from day one to the very end. I never had any problems with anyone helping me and really took a lot of stress off of me in my mom’s final days. Everyone was very helpful and came out as much as I needed them and even after she passed. Cannot say enough good things about them.
