My mom has been with Compassus for about 2 yrs now. I have been so lucky to have the most amazing team to care for my mom. Tanisha, Kristen, Kirstie, & the doctors & Father Joe. Lupe also thank you for always being patient coordinating things for us. You are amazing. I don't know what I'd do with out all of their support. I don’t write many reviews, but I have no complaints about using this company. They were recommended by my mom’s pcp and they were great from day one to the very end. I never had any problems with anyone helping me and really took a lot of stress off of me in my mom’s final days. Everyone was very helpful and came out as much as I needed them and even after she passed. Cannot say enough good things about them.
This hospice was recommended by my mother’s PCP and they sent in someone (marketer) to the hospital and to our home. She could have sold us a broken car she was so good. She said all the right things and was kind and respectful. For the first few weeks, they brought in their A-Game but once my mother was placed into Sonterra Health Center as they recommended this place; the quality of care declined.
