The level of service and care that my mom received from Sabrina, Katelyn and their teams was nothing short of amazing. My mom had an unfavorable opinion of hospice agencies from previous experiences, however, Compassus changed that and left my mom and myself very impressed. Everyone I encountered had so much care and compassion and professionalism. Staff kept themselves very accessible. When my father entered hospice care, our family was facing one of the most difficult times of our lives. From the very first interaction, the staff put us at ease. The nurse who conducted the intake was kind, compassionate, and thoughtful — she took the time to truly listen and made us feel like my father was in good hands from the start. I’m so thankful for compasses, they help my mom a lot. She didn’t suffer of pain, they were always here for us. Now that she passed they still want to find a way to help us. Mrs. Carrie you were awesome. My family and myself thank you for everything.
