We, the family of Don Townsend just wanted to thank you all for the wonderful care he received during his illness. The nurses, Rachel, James and Perry were so compassionate and professional in all their dealings with our family. Rachel was especially kind and respectful.
The medication for com.fort was not monitored properly by jeff. He did not monitor any of it until my father passed
Absolutely loved this staff and the way they cared for my loved one. The social worker was so sweet and has been great for bereavement. She even came to see me to give me extra help with working the grief app. Thank you Cherelle. Also thank you to Julie for always being kind when answering the phone, Nurse Rachel, and bath aide Kristy. I highly recommend Gadsden Compassus.
The Southside office is amazing. The team is very helpful. Nurse Rachel is super sweet and every educational. The social worker Sharelle was so nice and helped a lot with bereavement. The chaplain had the best prayers but I can’t remember his. Highly recommend them.
We couldn't be happier with the level of care that my brother-in-law, Paul McDaniel received. All the staff involved in his care were amazing. Hiss primary nurse, Esther, was outstanding! She is a true credit to the company.
