I called Compassus general number because I was under the impression the hospital had engaged them for my mother. Upset because I had not heard from them, I called to complain. The nurse on call properly elevated my concern and I was called by a director of the company. The hospital had not engaged the company but the Compassus director came in to see my mother in person over the weekend.
They were very helpful to all of our questions and made the transition easy.
-I have to update my review. Many great staff have left. New management and nurses are passive, could care less. Compasses has extremely caring staff members who go above and beyond for their customers/patients. I recommend their services to anyone in need of hospice services!
