To respond to Compassus, I have reached out to Compliance-made formal complaints, nothing has been resolved.
Pretty lousy Home Healthcare service tbh. Two of the Nurses that came by were great but that's about it. Compassus didn't do all that much for us and was in fact a source of negligence and stress for our family during an already difficult time. Wanna be kicked when you're down? Everyone on the staff is amazing..This was our first time having someone we love on Hospice and they were great the entire way! From nurses, aids, chaplains.. if you’re looking for hospice services I would recommend Compassus
