This is the best Hospice company I have ever seen. Karen H. at the Temple Tx location is the best and so personable. She explains things so well and is so compassionate She makes you feel so at ease with things and spends as much time as needed with you until you are completely comfortable with everything explained. I would recommend this Company and Karen to anyone in need of hospice.
I just want to give huge kudos to Karen H at the Temple location! She is amazing and super compassionate with her care, experience and knowledge with the whole hospice process. Give this woman a raise!
Compassus was very good for the short time we needed them for my dad. They were respectful of our Jewish values and gave our family the support we needed in the last five days of my dad’s life. We never felt lost with what we had to do in between the daily visits. Phone calls were answered immediately and the nurses came as soon as possible. The nurse my uncle had was awesome but the social work really needs to be trained alittle more. No paperwork got done that was asked paperwork that was done and asked for copies she totally ignored had to go through nurse. My family and myself missed worked due to my family member passing and we had to wait 3 and half hours for a nurse to show up to call time of death which was not the nurses fault it was the other staff failing to let him know his client past. From the beginning of starting services with Compassus everyone has been so loving and caring with my mother in law. Every visit was very thorough and informative. The staff have all treated us like family and we couldn’t have asked or wanted for more. Thank you and keep doing amazing work.
