I’ve been a PRN nurse at this hospice over the past year. The education I’ve received based in evidence based practice has been astronomical. My practice and knowledge base has grown making me a better provider. I feel honored and blessed to be with the families in our community on sometimes the worst days of their lives. I was very disappointed with this company as Dean their guy that’s out looking for clients to come on with compassus is very fake not sincere at all!They assured me that they could provide the services, care, medical supplies, medication, and so forth for my dad care! I had so many issues from Melanie RN assigned to my dad flat out refused n neglected to get the medical supplies I needed to care for my dad! She just wasn’t receptive to my dad’s care and needs! The hardest most challenging time of our lives, til Compassus CALLED US. They took my husband when his Medicaid timed out on him and hospitals could not longer help. With such a shortage of quality and caring individuals in this field of work, I could not give my husband(ex) final memories in a nursing home. Losing my Nana was one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever had. Thanks to Compassus team, she received incredible care from the nurses, providers, hygiene aids, chaplain and more.
