During my interaction with Compassionate Healthcare which has been serval years ago, this company has always made its clients and family members the utmost priority. This place is the best for your love one.
This place can care less about you or your family member who is in need. On the first day they sent someone out to my moms house the people in the cherry Hill office were extremely rude and unprofessional. The aid was to start at 9am and I get a call at 9:10 stating that the aid is knocking on my mom's door and unable to get a response, with a very rude tone if I might add. I call my mom real quick to see if she is home. At first I didn't get an answer so I did tell them to send the aide away and I'll see what I can do about... read more
My mother worked for this company for 11 months 7 days a week and they didn't pay my mother for any overtime. They are not loyal to their employees oe their clients and gave my mother bad advice as far as neglecting their clients. However, mt mother still did what was right. Screw Compassionate. Rysheedah as well as a few other staff.
