I chose Dr. Belmar Irizarry as my PCP, and had my first appointment on April 29. Everything went well and efficient. I called on May 2nd at 2 pm to request a different insulin be called I to pharmacy since the one that is covered by insurance is on back order. I called pharmacy to see if script was ready and they had no record of the script being called in. The office is closed for the weekend and no way for me to leave a message. A trip to the ER is imminent to get the insulin I need

Staff can be very helpful if you go early. One staff was nice enough try accommodate my schedule by booking me at 4:00pm. When I went there the staff seemed surprised of the booking made some comment about being concerned that I had to fast for the whole day & asked to see my ID then told me I need to go somewhere else after I asked if I need to bring my ID each time. I’m not sure how an inquiry into their process seemed threatening but don’t go here if you have a question at 4:00pm cause they have no issue with telling you ... read more

The staff are very nice and professional , especially the doctor.She was very patient with me.I am so happy that I found my home clinic.
