I participated in the Embodied Body Image Workshop and it was truly such an empowering experienced. Dr Shelby shared her research in a way that was easy to digest and applicable to my own life. It was a very powerful workshop and it has changed the way I am able to view my body and choose to care for myself. 10/10 would recommend any of her workshops in the future.
