This year will be my third year being a patient at CCC. Every year prior to this year has been an extremely easy process with friendly service. This year, I've had issues with the receptionist at their 888 number. It is always the same receptionist. First, she didn't understand that I needed to reschedule and was a bit rude about it. Amazing customer service and support. Physicians and assistants are extremely knowledgeable and caring to your situation. Quick and easy process and virtual appointments for social distancing. Wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone looking to participate in state program.
