RecommendedI had two guinea pigs that were sick and I called the office. Despite the fact that we’re all being cautious with social distancing, they handled my case amazingly. My little girls, Bianca Fierce and Liberty Bell had a case of conjunctivitis. I was assured this is common in guinea pigs and they’ll be ok. I was given medication and clear directions. Thank you to Dr. Coates and staff for taking care of our fur family! We appreciate you.

owner is not very good with people or my dogs. moved on to a better vet. 4 out of 5 visits they screwed up. had to wait 2 hours because they screwed up my appointment. They made my boy wear a muzzle when it was not neccessary. if you are afraid of dogs you shouldn't be a vet. They used to have great vets but I'm sure they all left for better facilities.

RecommendedHighly recommend this clinic.Today we had to put our yorkie down one of the hardest days of our lives. Dr. Brown and her assistant are the most compassionate vets I could have encountered. I just wanted to say thank you for being wonderful humans and understanding this time of grief. Toby was in the best hands the past two days and I’ll forever be thankful for the two of you.
RecommendedEverything...The care my Sassy got even tho it was to help her cross over rainbow bridge..was remarkable...If you want caring staff and a wonderful Dr...This is the place to go. I have never been to a Veterinary Clinic that showed so much compassion and sympathy towards My little girl and the support they gave me I was aloud to hold her though the whole process..and that meant the world to me...

RecommendedWe got our baby Guinea pig from a pet store. A few days later she came down with a bad cold. Compassionate care veterinary clinic took me in that day when I called for an appointment. My nine-year-old little girl was so worried about her guinea pig pumpkin. I took pumpkin in for an appointment and they were awesome!!! I can’t even express the gratitude I have.
