We lost our family dog of 16 years suddenly overnight. We were not sure what to do and our vet was closed. A local Reddit thread led me to compassionate care and so happy it did. Jim and the team were so kind throughout every step of the process. We were provided with great/considerate service, filled with care for us and our pet. Max is now back home and we are thankful for the team at Compassionate Care that made a very tough situation just a bit easier transition for the family.
Waking up one morning to find our beloved dog passed away was absolutely horrific and difficult to process. Never having dealt with this in the past, we found Compassionate Care Pet Aquamation. Immediately from when we called them, they were kind and handled us with love and care. They took us in that day, and every interaction with them was welcoming and friendly. We knew that our Sadie would be in good care throughout the entire aquamation process. The facility was clean. Jim and Allen went above and beyond to make it as c... read more

His genuine care and respect for our pet was evident, especially when my wife noticed him gently petting William as we handed him over. The aquamation process took about a week, and... read more

Having been introduced to aquamation from a dearest family member who went through the same sadness with her first fur baby was the calmness and peaceful way to give to my Milo. Because his soul lives on literally with the water fertilizer they provide you from your fur baby to continue living within nature is why it allows me to deal with this huge los... read more
ALAN AND BARRY and the whole staff at Compassionate Care of Oceanside treated us like family when our beloved Alice (beagle) went to heaven. We were devastated and Compassionate Care eased our sorrows. Alice passed on a Sunday and Compassionate Care was there to ease our pain. I highly recommend them. They Care about your beloved pet and your family. Thank you so much for your compassion. Thank you, Patrick, Rosalie, Elizabeth and Alice Hickey. We are fortunate that you were there for us
