This is the best hospice in the Inland Empire! The staff were so supportive and friendly and treated my mom with kindness and respect. I am so grateful for the Riverside team that took care of my mom and supported me. Thank you all for what you do for the patients and their family members.
I have been an office volunteer for Compassionate Care Hospice for almost three years. It has been an amazing and fun experience! The environment is very warm, welcoming, and supportive. I enjoy being able to help with the behind the scenes aspects, like making activity packets and writing cards for patients. This is a wonderful place to volunteer!
My mom was on hospice for 6 months, the last three months we were blessed to have Compassionate Care Hospice by our side. Everyone from RN's, SW, Chaplain, third party medical staff, pharmacy to CNA's (taught me so much always friendly, warm and kind) was beyond professional with every interaction being kind and pleasant. I called Compassionate Care Hospice about their services at 10:25AM on behalf of my 95 year-old mother and by 11AM, an RN was here and subsequently enrolled Mom into their program. Mom had been showing signs that her body was gradually shutting down. All the staff with Compassionate Care was outstanding. I felt totally supported; especially when once, I had to call them close to midnight and a nurse arrived within 30 minutes to help make Mom more comfortable.
