My mother was on hospice for almost a year and the services and care from nurses, Chaplin, social workers, all of compassionate care hospice were amazing with my mom and family I appreciate the professionalism and tender care they gave us, all the help and compassion that was given. My family and I are thankful and great full with the services rendered by compassionate care hospice
It's a No Compassion Care Group. Their name is completely misleading, as their actions show a total lack of compassion and responsibility. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of service provided by Compassionate Care Hospice. Please find a different hospice care provider that employs responsible staff, provides better service, and maintains adequate staffing levels.
PLEASE STAY AWAY. I feel like I have failed my mother in choosing and staying with this agency. I wanted to change but gave them a second, third, and fourth chance. I write this to save others from selecting them. Terribly incompetent office staff. I had a literal second job managing them and being on the phone. Days would go by without an aide and sometimes you had no idea who was showing up or when. We never saw a medical director - not sure if we were supposed to.
