My Grandmother Suffered As my grandmother was nearing the end of her life, we were promised compassionate care—but what we experienced was anything but that. COMPASSIONATE CARE CALLED AFTER MY MOM PASSED AWAY TO COME AND VISIT HER. The lack of care and compassion that my family experienced with this company is appalling. They sat in my home and promised us that they would keep my mother comfortable and rested during her transition. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! The nurses were kind and caring. When my husband passed, at home, a nurse came right out. She treated him with dignity and respect. She explained every step of the way. I had preplanned with a mortuary. She made the calls and set their arrival. She offered to stay, but I had family for support. If you need hospice, I can highly recommend this caring group.
